CONSTRUCTION WATER	From time to time, as requested, the District may choose to sell water to construction companies who would
	require water for work in progress.  This water must be approved first by the Water Master, to determine whether water
	is available in the area required, and that utiizing the water will not deter from any of the agricultural uses in the area.
	Once approved by the Water Master, Construction Water may be sold for a  $250.00 monthly fee
	which includes the first 50,000 gallons.  If more water is necessary in the month, it will be sold at a cost of $5.00
	per 1,000 gallons.  This agreement must be renewed monthly and new monthly fees collected.
