CONSTRUCTION
WATER |
From time to
time, as requested, the District may choose to sell water to construction
companies who would |
|
|
require water for work in
progress. This water must be
approved first by the Water Master, to determine whether water |
|
is available in the area required,
and that utiizing the water will not deter from any of the agricultural uses
in the area. |
|
Once approved by the Water Master,
Construction Water may be sold for a
$250.00 monthly fee |
|
|
which includes the first 50,000
gallons. If more water is
necessary in the month, it will be sold at a cost of $5.00 |
|
per 1,000 gallons. This agreement must be renewed monthly
and new monthly fees collected. |
